We will be taking this time to prepare the venue and ourselves! If you'd like to help, please let the bride know.
2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The door is open to all guests! Plenty of time to grab refreshment and greet the family. Toward the end of the Welcome Event, we ask that guests leave drinks at the dining tables and take their seats for the ceremony.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
After saying "I do", the bride and groom will share a private moment while guests get their picture taken and prepare for dinner.
5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Dinner preparations will begin and a quick photos will be taken of guests with the bride and groom! There will be lots of opportunities for pictures throughout the night. Polaroid cameras will be in the pool house.
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
The bride and groom will have a game planned during dinner and there will be plenty of lawn games as well. There will be prizes to encourage a competitive spirit!
7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Now is the time to relax, fill up your cup, play lawn games, or dance! The bride and groom will be making their exit at the end of this party.
