We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Kaleb & Rebecca met their freshman year of college at Purdue. They both lived in Meredith Hall, and had mutual friends. They lost touch after freshman year though, with the exception of the occasional run-in at Scotty's Brewhouse, where Kaleb worked and showed off his Macho Nachos. A few years and zip codes after graduation, Rebecca moved to Denver for work, where Kaleb had been living since 2013. They reconnected over margaritas one night, and Kaleb asked Rebecca to be his Valentine a week later. They've had lots of adventures since then. They spent the Spring and Summer of 2017 exploring Colorado: fishing, hiking, camping, and even wine tasting in Palisade. They adopted their first fur baby that July, the sweetest kitten who they named Aspen. Kaleb visited Oceanside for the first time that September to meet lots of family and friends, and he got Rebecca the perfect Christmas present just a couple of months later: a puppy! They named her Meredith, after the place where it all began. Since then they've traveled to Europe, Mexico, and Hawaii, and to and from California and Indiana many times to visit friends and family. Kaleb proposed on Rebecca's 29th birthday on the beach in Oceanside, in the company of close family and friends, and they set their wedding for September 26, 2020. And then... COVID! After a couple attempts at having their 'big wedding' celebration, Kaleb and Rebecca made the tough decision to elope in Breckenridge, CO on September 26, 2020. Not two months later, they found out they were expecting a baby boy in August 2021! James Emmett Layman was born in Denver, CO on August 10, 2021. So after much further ado, Kaleb & Rebecca are so excited to finally throw the party of the century with all of their friends and family in July 2022 to celebrate all of life's exciting milestones that have happened over the last ~5 years! We love you all and thank you so much for your continued support and excitement these last couple of years <3
