When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than September 1, 2025!

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5 o’clock in the evening. We ask for everyone to be there and seated no later than 4:50 so we are able to start on time with no interruptions! It is a short walk from the parking to the ceremony site

What is the attire?

Answer

We ask our guests to dress up with us, this will be semi-formal/cocktail attire! We recommend dressing for fall and be prepared for anything Oklahoma wants to throw at us in October.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged so make sure to keeps those phones/devices away until the reception! We have an amazing photographer who will capture all the moments for us during this time, but during the reception feel free to take all the pictures and videos you would like!

Is it indoors or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outdoors and dinner will be indoors. Our bar and dance floor will also be outside under the gazebo

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your children, but if they are not included on your invitation, we ask that you’d leave them at home and take this as date night! But as always, please do not hesitate to ask!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue size and our guest list, we ask that you do not bring anyone who is not listed on the invitation. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us to ask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking will be on the grass around the driveways, please do not block the circle drive so all guests are able to get in and out! :) Please do not leave vehicles overnight!
