Question

Are you taking COVID-19 into consideration?

Answer

Absolutely! We are hard at work to make sure the safety of everyone is being considered. With only about 60 guests invited, we believe we have the perfect venue to meet the needs and keep everyone safe and ready to enjoy the party! We've got you.

Question

What will COVID-19 precautions look like at the wedding?

Answer

Good question. The good news -- most of our guests will be vaccinated by that time! The venue is completely outdoors and offers a ton of open space. Hawk Lake Venue falls under Yamhill County, so we'll be following guidelines set in place for the wedding. As we get closer to the date, we'll be sure to update you with what you can expect as a guest at our wedding.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids -- we really do. But due to our intimate celebration, we're asking that guests kindly leave the kiddos at home. We also want you to enjoy the night ;)

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Sorry, y'all. Unless your name is on the invitation, we'd prefer not to have some wedding crashers.

Question

What's the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail, please. But wear whatever you can dance to! If those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it all hang loose.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a gravel road that will have plenty of signage when you arrive. The walk from the parking lot to the ceremony is a little rocky, so just be mindful as you walk!
