Can we take pictures at your wedding and post them?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged ceremony meaning we ask that your phones be put away. We want you to be present during this time and not looking at what is going on through your phone. We have a photographer to take pictures and having phones up won't look good in those either. We will announce a time after Julia walks down the aisle where everyone can get a picture from their seat. During the cocktail and reception please feel free to take as many pictures as you want! After the wedding, please don’t post pictures of the bride and groom before they can post pictures.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code will be cocktail/garden attire with black tie being optional. We encourage shades of greens, blues, and tans to follow our color scheme for seamless pictures. Please keep in mind that our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors in the garden, while cocktail hour and the reception will take place indoors. Guests will walk to the garden on paved pathways, but will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels are not recommended.

What date do I RSVP by?

Answer

We are hoping to have all RSVPs in by May 20th, 2025 to let the venue know the final count.

Can I RSVP online or do I have to mail in an RSVP card?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP online here [insert link] or by mailing in the RSVP card sent with your invitation.

What is the address of the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are at the same place and the address is 1437 Amsterdam Rd, Schenectady, NY 12302. They also have a parking lot for guests to park in.

Are plus ones or children allowed at your wedding?

Answer

Since we have limited numbers that we can invite we are not allowing children or plus ones that are not invited.

Will there be meal options for guests with dietary restrictions or allergies?

Answer

We are having a plated dinner and they will provide any necessary modifications. Please let us know what you need so that we can let them know.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash to tip the bartender.

What's the wedding itinerary?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at River Stone Manor on 7/20/25. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 9:30 PM.
