We kindly ask our male guests to wear a tuxedo with a classic bow tie or tie. Polished dress shoes are recommended to complete the look. You may procure a tuxedo on your own or through our preferred provider. Details are included below. Measurements (Appointment 1) Measurements must be completed THREE MONTHS before the wedding. If measurements are not completed by this deadline, your tuxedo will not be included in the group order. Guests located in the Kansas City area must complete their sizing in person at Slabotsky’s. 2. Fittings (Appointment 2) Fitting appointments typically take about twenty minutes. During this visit, guests will try on the full tuxedo, and Slabotsky’s fitting specialists will make custom adjustments to each piece. 3. Final Fitting/Pickup (Appointment 3) At pickup, guests are encouraged to try everything on again to confirm the fit. Approximately one in ten tuxedos requires a final round of tailoring. Out‑of‑Town Guests Guests who live outside the Kansas City area may be measured by a local tailor to determine their general sizing. However, measurements CANNOT BE COMPLETED AT MEN'S WEARHOUSE as their process is not compatible with Slabotsky’s system. For out‑of‑town guests, Slabotsky’s will cover the cost of shipping the tuxedo, while guests are responsible for any tailoring once they arrive. If a replacement tuxedo is required due to inaccurate measurements, a $30 reorder fee will apply, along with any necessary reshipping costs.

We do not have a hotel block reserved at this time. The venue is conveniently located near both Branson and Springfield, offering a wide range of hotels, resorts, and vacation rentals. Guests are welcome to choose any accommodations that best suit their preferences.
