It all started when Britney picked Kale up for their first date. He would have driven himself, but his car didn’t have winter tires, so he was glad she offered to drive because he was starting to chicken out. But from the moment she arrived, he felt at ease. We decided on a short hike in the snow, the perfect way to get to know each other. As we walked, we chatted easily, surrounded by the quiet beauty of the snow-covered path up to a pretty view. On the way down though, she slipped and fell right on her butt, and we both burst out laughing. It was such a genuine, funny moment that made the whole day feel lighthearted. After the hike, we drove to a nearby viewpoint, where we listened to music and took in the stunning views. It felt so peaceful, just being there together. When she dropped him off at the end of the night, a kiss was shared, and something inside him clicked. He just knew she was the one. It was the perfect start to what would become our beautiful journey together.
