Holiday Valley Resort
Spend some time exploring our venue! Holiday valley is a perfect place for a fall getaway. Check out the 18 hole par 70 golf course or explore the various trails that run through the Holiday Valley campus. Ride the Spruce Lake ski lift to see Ellicottville from above for an incredible look at the town. Hours are from 11-5 pm on Saturday and Sunday and tickets come out to be $12. If you are looking for more of a thrill, check out the mountain coaster which is open from 11-6 pm and is also $12.
Ellicottville Brewing Company
Check out one of our favorite places to grab a bite when we visit EVL at EBC! With a great menu and wide variety of freshly made brews, everyone will find something that they like! We make sure to stop here every time we pass through town. Though there are so many beers to try, we will always recommend the classic EBC blueberry that will come served with fresh blueberries in your glass.
Watson's Chocolates
We highly recommend taking some time out of your stay to walk the main street of EVL and look at the local shops. If you are in need of a sweet treat, make sure to make a stop at Watsons to grab a cone of Perry's ice cream or some iconic sponge candy Hours: Monday- Saturday, 10am -9pm Sunday, 10am-6pm
Griffis Sculpture Park
Check out this modern and whimsy sculpture park and take in the beauty of the surrounding area! Griffis is home to approximately 250 sculptures so you'll sure to find a piece to make you stop and think. If you're searching for something that's just a little bit different among the things to do in Ellicottville and the surrounding area, this should be at the top of your list. Open from dawn to dusk Admission is $5 cash in a drop off box Dogs are welcome on leash
Pumpkinville
Embrace fall and check out this well loved farm offering hayrides through pumpkin patches, artisan shops and a petting zoo! Open 9 AM-7 PM $15 tickets if you want to enter the main part of the farm, you should be able to go to the shops for free!
National Comedy Center
Explore the hometown of Lucille Ball Desi (I Love Lucy) and visit the National Comedy Center. Sean and Kayla took a trip here in 2026 were so impressed with how modern and intuitive the museum was. If you are looking to have some laughs and learn something new, the drive is worth it.
