The cloak and dagger planning commenced to decide when, where, and how. Kyle kicked it off by asking Dana’s father for her hand in marriage. He replied “yes, but you have to take all of her, not just her hand!”. With the generous help of friends and family, the scene was set. Kyle asked Dana to dinner at The Tides Inn on Goose Rocks Beach to celebrate their 9 year anniversary. Ever resourceful Kyle packed a bottle of champagne and asked Dana to have a drink before dinner to lure her to the beach. With friends and family secretly overlooking, Kyle got down on one knee and asked Dana to marry him. Of course, she said yes! Within seconds the group celebration commenced. Rory could not be more excited that his parents are finally tying the knot!
