Where will the wedding be taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Heritage Ranch at 23735 Anderson School Rd. Sedalia, MO 65301.

When should I RSVP by? How should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you submit your RSVP by September 14th, 2024. Please scan the QR code on the RSVP card to reply.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Yes, kids are invited to attend the ceremony and reception! During the ceremony, we kindly request that you step away if they become vocal. We ask guests to accompany their children to ensure their safety while exploring all that Heritage Ranch has to offer including the pond, fire pits, and disc golf area. There is plenty of outdoor space to stretch their little legs and we can't wait to see them cutting up the dance floor but ask that they stay off of it during the special dances.

Is this an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside, weather permitting. The reception will take place inside. Please dress accordingly and make sure to check weather conditions leading up to the event. Additionally, keep in mind that besides the barn itself, the venue primarily has grass and gravel.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

Following the ceremony, the couple will be taking photos with family and the bridal party. During this time, guests will enjoy cocktail hour with refreshments.

Where should we park?

Answer

There is parking available on site just down the hill from the venue. There will be a golf cart available to shuttle guests up the hill. If you require any special accommodations please reach out to Kurt or Kalani in advance.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is casual, so please feel free to wear whatever you'd feel best in. We ask that women avoid dresses that are white or ivory.

What time should I arrive? When will the ceremony start?

Answer

We ask that you arrive between 2:30pm-2:50pm and that all guests are seated by 2:50pm. The ceremony will begin at 3:00pm.
