What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding will be Black Tie Optional / Formal Attire minimum. Please note that the bride and groom require guests to follow this dress code, and anyone not dressed appropriately will not be permitted inside.

What time should guests arrive?

Answer

Guests should plan to arrive absolutely no later than 3:30pm to have plenty of time to get seated for the ceremony. You can arrive as early as 3pm.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

There will be transportation provided after the reception back to the hotel for any guests staying the night.

What dinner will be provided?

Answer

There will be a buffet-style dinner provided. Catering is being provided by Mission-BBQ.

Are there rooms available the night before the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We opened our room block for an additional night, so that guests are welcome to stay the 12th of December and the 13th of December, and allow plenty of time to celebrate together.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! A bus will be running guests to the ceremony from the hotel twice. The first pickup is at 2:30 pm The next pickup is upon the bus's return, likely between 3:00 and 3:15 pm. The Ceremony begins at 4 pm sharp. There will also be a bus driving guests back to the hotel after the reception. This shuttle will run as many times as needed.
