How do I RSVP and when is the deadline?

Please RSVP through our wedding website by March 30, 2026. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize arrangements with our vendors.

Yes! You’re welcome to bring a guest if it says on your invite. Please include their full name when you RSVP so we can plan seating and catering accordingly.

Yes, they are welcome to join us in celebrating our special day! We kindly ask that parents please supervise their children throughout the events to help ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony is starting at 2. We kindly ask guests to arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony — please be fully present with us during our vows 🤍. We’ll have a professional photographer capturing every special moment, and we’ll be sharing those beautiful photos with you afterward. After the ceremony, feel free to capture and share all the joyful moments!

What time should I arrive for the reception?

Answer

There will be a short window of time between the ceremony and reception while the wedding party steps away for photos. The reception will officially begin at 5:00 PM. Guests are more than welcome to head over to the hall a little early and relax while waiting for us to arrive. We’ll have appetizers and drinks ready for you to enjoy — please make yourselves comfortable and start the celebration! ✨

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, parking will be available at the venue. However, if you plan on enjoying drinks at the reception, we kindly encourage arranging alternate transportation (Uber, taxi, designated driver, etc.). Guests who choose to leave their vehicles overnight will be responsible for them. Your safety means the most to us — please plan accordingly 🤍

The reception will conclude at midnight. We can’t wait to celebrate and dance the night away with you!

Will there be vegetarian options? What about dietary restrictions?

Yes! Vegetarian options will be available. If you have any dietary restrictions or allergies, please indicate them when you RSVP so we can accommodate you.

Yes! The dance floor wouldn’t be complete without a little cheers 🥂 We’ll have a toonie bar at the reception, so please bring some cash and get ready to celebrate 🎊

Answer

Celebrating with you is more than enough for us! If you would like to give a gift, we kindly prefer cash contributions as we build our future together. A registry is also available for your convenience.
