The Wedding Website of Kaja Jønsson and Cosmin Costea
Getting Around by Train and Metro Copenhagen’s train and metro network is efficient and well-connected, making it easy to get around the city and beyond. The wedding venue is located near Stengården Station on the B train line. To simplify your travel, we recommend downloading the Rejseplanen app—just type in your starting point and destination, and it will guide you step-by-step with live walking directions and real-time updates. Check out the train and metro map we’ve included for an overview, and visit DSB’s website for schedules, ticket options, and further information. Travel Note

SIM card

You can get a prepaid SIM card from Lyca Mobile at the airport or most kiosks for 130 dkk (around 25 CAD) and have 30 GB of data during your stay.

Travel Note

Buying a Travel Ticket (Zones)

Copenhagen's public transport system uses zones to determine ticket prices. The city is divided into coloured zones, with zone 1 being central Copenhagen and zone 4 covering the airport. To find the right ticket, you pay for the number of zones you pass through, with a minimum of 2 zones (DKK 24). For example, a trip from the city center (zone 1) to the airport (zone 4) requires a 3-zone ticket.

Travel Note

Calling a taxi

TAXA 4x35 Note: Using a taxi in Copenhagen can be expensive, especially if you want to cover long distances.

Travel Note

Night buses

Night buses are in service between 01:00 and 05:00 in the night. You can recognise the bus stops by the grey colour of the bus stop signs. The night buses are all N buses, for an example 85N. Check on Rejseplan for a night bus if it's late and you need to get home.

Travel Note

City pass + Discover card

If you're planning to explore more, consider the City Pass, which gives you unlimited travel on buses, trains, and the metro for 24, 48, 72, 96, or 120 hours. It covers various zones depending on the type of City Pass you choose, and allows you to bring two children under 12 for free. For 24 hours, a "Copenhagen Card" offers unlimited travel in all zones, including the airport, along with free entry to over 80 attractions. It's expensive, but worth it if you visit multiple attractions within that time
