What is the dress code?

The dress code is semi-formal / dressy evening wear. We kindly ask guests to dress accordingly—think cocktail or floor length dresses, dressy tops, button-down shirts, slacks, or suits. Please no jeans.

While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope you enjoy a fun night out with us!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate guests listed on your invitation. Please type in your full name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you can get settled.

Is there a hotel block?

Unfortunately there is not. It is high season so the hotels were not available for blocks. Please see the travel page for hotels in close proximity. Details and booking links are available on the travel section of our website.

What will the weather be like?

Answer

We recommend checking the forecast ahead of time. Please prepare for a warmer ceremony time, as the sun is strong up north. You may want to consider bringing a light jacket or wrap for the evening. Afternoon showers are common, so keeping a small umbrella in your car is a good idea.

How late is the event?

Answer

The property asks that we shut down the music and event at 10pm. Don't worry though, there are lots of things to do in town if you would like to continue the fun. Please see the Travel section on our website for more information.

What should I know about the venue grounds?

Answer

The event will take place on grass and dirt surfaces. We recommend choosing footwear accordingly—block heels, wedges, flats, or dressy shoes that are comfortable on uneven ground. Whatever you feel most comfortable in is best.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. However, there is no liquor allowed on the premises. This means that there will only be wine, beer, seltzers, etc.

Do you have a wedding registry?

Yes, we have a wedding registry. Instead of traditional gifts, we’re saving for our dream honeymoon and future home. If you’d like to contribute, we would be so grateful to put it toward unforgettable experiences.

Yes, we are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance.

Our ceremony will move indoors, as there are several options at our venue.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy!

Will there be transportation available?

Answer

No, there will not be arranged transportation. Please drive responsibly and arrange your own transportation. Lakeside Arizona has very limited options for ride share services.
