It all started our senior year of high school. We sat in the same science class, he was the cute, somewhat quiet guy who somehow made chemistry even more interesting. We flirted here and there, shared smiles across the room, and even though life took us in different directions after graduation, we always stayed friends. Years later, when I moved back to Gillette, we reconnected. One casual hangout turned into two, and before we knew it, we never really stopped spending time together. What started as a friendship grew into something deeper; easy, natural, and full of laughter. After three and a half wonderful years together, he proposed on a golf course in Spearfish, South Dakota. The perfect mix of beautiful, simple, and so us. Today we're choosing each other. Not just for now, but for all the ordinary, in-between moments ahead. And we can't wait to begin this next chapter surrounded by the people we love most.
