Patrick and Kaitlyn met in their Multiple-Subject Teaching Credential Program back in the fall of 2017. They started out as two friends who sat in opposite corners of the classroom, and only grew from there. They began inviting each other on walks between classes and on breaks (with a few other friends, to not seem suspicious!) and sat next to each other at graduation. They very briefly met each others' families that night. Little did they know that they would be meeting many more times! After graduation, they kept in touch while Patrick went on a congratulatory vacation. They became closer and closer until they were talking everyday. Patrick had an 15 hour drive home from Oregon, and they talked on the phone for hours during that drive. Patrick drove the entire trip in one day to see Kaitlyn for their first date. They have been together ever since!
