Pigeon Point Campground

We highly recommend our adventurous guests to stay here. This will be the focal point location for the weekend. We have rented out the group campsite Thursday-Sunday morning (accommodates up to 50 people). This is available to all our guests, let Dylan or Kaitlynn know if this is where you plan to stay. This is a dry camp on the river with nice pit toilets, (no potable water, no showers, no electricity). Please plan accordingly. River showers with non-toxic soap (ie Dr Bronner's) is the norm here. Individual tent/RV sites are also available on a first come first serve basis. (we recommend arriving Thursday if you are interested in reserving an individual site) This is a dry camp on the river with nice pit toilets, (no potable water, no showers, no electricity). Please plan accordingly. River showers with non-toxic soap (ie Dr Bronner's) is the norm here. For all guests staying at the Pigeon Point Campground, we will be providing an off site location close to the campground where people can reserve a shower (via sign up sheet) prior to the wedding. Important Travel Information

Pigeon Point Campground, Strawhouse Resorts & Cafe, and Stealhead cottages are located on CA Highway 299 approximately 15-20 miles west of Weaverville, CA Located on the Wild and Scenic portion of the Trinity River. All wedding festivity locations are directly off CA Highway 299. Travel time between Pigeon Point Campground and Strawhouse Resorts/Stealhead Cottages is 7 minutes. There is NO CELL PHONE RECEPTION for most carriers inside the river canyon. Make sure you have your directions/google maps destination in your phone prior to leaving Weaverville, and do not exit the application once you have left Weaverville or you will be unable to re-enter directions without cell service.
