When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Where possible it would be great if you could RSVP as soon as possible but if you can't for any reason please RSVP at the latest by 1st December 2025 x

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. If you have a plus one, your invitation will specifically state this. We hope you understand x

Are children welcome?

Answer

Whilst we love all of your children this is an adult-only celebration, with the exception of children specifically named on the invitation. We hope you understand x

Why are there no meal options on your website?

Answer

Don't worry you will be getting fed! We are still finalising details of our wedding but as soon as we have confirmed menu options, we will update you x

Is there parking at your venue?

Answer

Yes, there is parking within our venue free for you to use x

Is there any where you can recommend to stay overnight?

Answer

Please head to the 'Hotels & Coaches' section of our website, this will show a few options for places to stay overnight if you wish x

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

Answer

As there will be different food throughout the day please get in touch with one of us if you have any sort of dietary requirement. We will be in touch with the venue to see how they can accommodate you as best as they can x

Are you putting transport on?

Answer

Yes, to help you enjoy our celebration we will be putting coaches on from a specific location in Coatbridge which is yet to be decided. The location will be updated on this website when it's confirmed. We will also be putting a coach on from Lochside back to Coatbridge. Times are also to be finalised for this and will be updated on this website when they are confirmed. If you need the coach at any point of the day please let us know when RSVP'ing to help us plan accordingly x

I am unable to attend what should I do?

Answer

Whilst you will be truly missed if you are unable to attend we would be very grateful if you could RSVP and let us know at the earliest opportunity so that we can plan accordingly x

What time is the reception on until?

Answer

All good things must come to an end! Our reception is until 1am so we recommend getting your full 8 hours of sleep the night before! If you are staying at our venue the hotel bar is open 24/7 for the celebrations to continue if anyone is still standing, including ourselves x

Is there anything else you are doing the weekend of the wedding?

Answer

We would like to let everyone to know that we will be having breakfast in our venue the morning after our wedding and you are more than welcome to join if you are able to. We know there will likely be a few sore heeds the morning after so a wee roll n tattie scone washed down with an irn-bru will sort you right out!x
