In 2020 through mutual friends Carlton and I had met while I was bartending. The Conversations and laughs flowed effortlessly. From the night we met on it seemed we became not only best friends but soulmates. From our first date being disc golfing then to ledges state park as we “ attempted “ to hike. From game nights, traveling and quality time with the people closest to us we decided to move in together. Carlton had worked overnights from 9 pm until 7 am. So in our first year living together I would stay up until he got off at 7 am and we would cook pork chops “ for breakfast “ . Just to fit in any time we could between our crazy work schedules. Since we’ve met life has been one adventure after another. From spontaneous road trips, car concerts and new experenices every journey has been better together. The best adventures aren’t about where you go - they’re about who’s beside you. As many of you may know Carlton and I both think we are the funniest people so there’s not a day that goes by without us hysterically laughing with each other. ( He might be more funny but I wont let him think that.) September 30th 2024 Carlton proposed and I had absolutely no idea it was happening. It was the most magical moment knowing we get to spend forever side by side. We are so excited for this next chapter of becoming the Braxtons and we cannot wait to celebrate our love with the people closest to us, All of you !
