When and where is the wedding?

Answer

Lose your invite already? We’re not judging… okay, maybe just a little 😉 Please contact the bride or groom for details — and yes, we expect you there with bells on!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

We’re going for semi-formal attire — classy, festive, and perfect for celebrating (and dancing the night away!) We invite our guests to wear moody and earthy tones such as olive, wine, mauve, and warm neutrals. 🚫 A few no-no’s: please skip the denim, sneakers, and anything blue, white or cream. The vibe: polished, stylish, and fun — like you’re headed to a great party, not a board meeting.

Can I bring a plus one?

If your invitation says you have a plus one, then yay — bring them along! 🎉 Normally we’re “the more, the merrier” kind of people, but for our wedding we’re keeping things a little more intimate. If you’re unsure or have questions, just reach out to the groom — he’s got you covered.

Are kids invited?

Answer

This will be a kid-free zone!!! 🥂 The only tiny exceptions are babes in arms under 12 months old — but please check with the bride first. We love your little ones, but this night is all about grown-up fun. Think of it as a built-in Mommy & Daddy vacation!

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony will start at 4:00 PM, so please plan to get there 15–30 minutes early so you’ve got plenty of time for parking, finding your seat, and maybe sneaking in a few hugs before the “I do’s.” Don’t be fashionably late to this party — you won’t want to miss the big moment! And yes, this especially means you, bride’s side of the family — we know how you roll! 😉

Will the ceremony and reception be at the same location?

Yes! No need to pack up or drive across town — once you’re here, the party flows from “I do” straight into “let’s dance!”

Is transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, no — everyone will be responsible for their own ride. But hey, consider it part of the adventure! Carpool with friends, snag an Uber or Lyft, or go old-school and call a Johnson City taxi. 💡 Important: Vehicles cannot be left overnight at the venue once the reception is over. Yes, there’s parking at the venue — but spots are like golden tickets (limited!). If you can, grab a buddy, carpool, and make it a mini road trip to the party! 🚗

Don’t worry, there will also be plenty of tasty non-alcoholic options so everyone can raise a glass! 🥂

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Both! We’ll say “I do” surrounded by the beauty of the outdoors, then head to a gorgeous tented reception space to keep the celebration going. Think fresh air, pretty views, and fans to keep things comfortable — the best of both worlds! 💍🎉 Since it’s late September in Tennessee, the weather can be a little unpredictable — warm sun during the day and a cool breeze at night. 🍂 We suggest bringing a light layer or wrap so you’re comfy no matter what! 👠 Shoe note: The venue has a mix of terrains (hello, grass + gravel), so comfy shoes or chunky/block heels are your best bet for strutting in style without sinking.

Is there an after-party or brunch?

Nope — once the reception ends, we’ll be heading off to start our greatest adventure yet… our honeymoon! 🌙✨ So while there’s no official after-party or brunch, we’ll be dancing, laughing, and celebrating with you all night long before we sneak away as newlyweds. 💕 That said, feel free to keep the party going in Johnson City — we fully support it! 🥂🎉

Our ceremony is unplugged — so phones and cameras get a little nap while we say ‘I do.’ Be present, soak in the love, and let our photographer do the snapping. Don’t worry, our venue is stunning and filled with gorgeous backdrops — plenty of photo ops await you once the party starts!
