Adam and Kaitlynn may have never met if it hadn't been for online dating and the search radius moving when she did. They started chatting over their love for country music and it quickly turned into their first date on July 12, 2023 at Halpatter's brewery in Lake City. Adam and Kaitlynn not only shared some great drinks, they shared intentional conversation, lots of laughter, and a mutual feeling that the people in front of them were different than anything they had experienced. If you ask Adam, he knew Kaitlynn was the one from not just one experience but the many moments he fell in love with her like when she met his family for the first time after a hurricane where she came to help them clean their property without any second thought. This was when they went to the springs and got their first picture together! Or when they went on their first trip together, the airbnb keys did not work, and he saw Kaitlynn "hangry" for the first time yet they made the best of that night; He knew he wanted to continue doing life with her no matter how crazy it got. If you ask Kaitlynn, she knew Adam was the one and completely fell head over heels when he met her family and friends for the first time. They enjoyed lunch together with family and watched Gator football with friends. Immediately after Kaitlynn got texts from all her loved ones of how they could tell she was so happy and from the way he looked at her how much care and love was there. From the moment Adam gave her a piggy back ride back to her car after their first date, Kaitlynn knew loving Adam would be fun. Kaitlynn was treated like a princess, has always been able to be her full self with Adam (even when "hangry" lol), and that feeling was one she knew she wanted for the rest of her life. Adam and Kaitlynn prayed for a love like this and they knew God orchestrated it all. After spending intentional time to build their relationship, they knew they wanted to spend the rest of their lives together. Adam got down on one knee in September 2024 and of course the proposal ended with the biggest yes from Kaitlynn (and the pups, Piper and Rusty, running to congratulate them)! Adam and Kaitlynn's story has bloomed into the most wonderful, full of laughter, and joy-filled love.
