We first met when we were both joined the same university club, and we were advertising around campus for an upcoming guest speaker! The hours of advertising for speakers and talking after club meetings with our friends helped us get to know each other a bit and after a little while, we both developed feelings for each other but neither of us knew about the other's feelings. This continued without change until a club trip to Florida, where we were able to talk and hang out quite a bit more and we both started to realize that the romantic feelings might be mutual. After talking to each other for the entirety of the eight-hour bus ride back from Florida, we both started to realize that there was some real potential to be more than friends. A few weeks later, Kaitlyn asked Nathaniel to explore the university's museum with her, to hopefully give Nathaniel a chance to ask her on a real date! Nathaniel took the hint and asked Kaitlyn out to dinner! From there, the rest was history!
