Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

RSVPs are due by April 1st, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, we will, unfortunately, have to mark you as a "no." We hope to hear from you by then!

Question

Can my children come?

Answer

In keeping with the formal nature of our wedding, this will be an adults-only event. However, we have made special arrangements to include a few children who are dear to us, as noted on the invitation. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us create a refined and memorable atmosphere for this cherished occasion.

Question

Where should we park?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue, and they are happy to accommodate vehicles left overnight. Your safety is our priority, and you can rest assured that your vehicle will be secure. We kindly ask that you make arrangements to retrieve it early the following day.

Question

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will take place outdoors, the cocktail hour will offer both indoor and outdoor spaces, and the reception will be held indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have a full bar supplying unlimited drinks all night long. We will also have mocktails, tea, and coffee available. Please note that no outside drinks will be allowed at the venue.

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out!

Question

What is the dress code>

Answer

We kindly request our guests to dress in formal attire to complement the elegance of our special day. For gentlemen, this means a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie or bow tie. For ladies, we recommend a formal gown, cocktail dress, or an elegant pantsuit. No jeans or cowboy boots are allowed. We can’t wait to celebrate with you in style!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone, we recommend arriving at the venue 30 minutes early. This will give you plenty of time to find the location, secure parking, and get settled before the ceremony begins. If you happen to arrive late, we kindly ask that you wait in the cocktail hour area until the ceremony concludes. Please refrain from entering the ceremony after it has started, as this could disrupt the event. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

Question

If I am coming from out of town, where should I stay?

Answer

Fort Worth has an abundance of hotels & AirBnBs to choose from! We recommend staying Downtown Fort Worth. The wedding party and family are staying at the Aloft Downtown Fort Worth.

Question

Will there be smoking areas?

Answer

Our venue offers a lovely outdoor area with a fire pit for guests who wish to step out to smoke. There will also be a designated cigar area outside. Please note that all smoking, including cigarettes, vaping, and cigars, is permitted only in the outdoor area and is not allowed inside the venue. Thank you for your understanding!
