We love your little ones, but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. To keep things simple, we kindly ask that guests be 12 and older. We hope this gives parents a chance to relax and enjoy a night out!
Our dress code is Garden Formal. Think polished, but with a springtime touch. Men can wear jeans, slacks, and a button down. Women can wear cocktail dresses, long dresses, or dressy separates. Light colors, florals, and soft pastels are perfect for the season. Since parts of the celebration will be outdoors, we recommend comfortable shoes for grass and garden paths.
We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone! Due to space and planning, we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear when you RSVP. If you have any questions, reach out to Tyler or me!
Yes, please steer clear of white or ivory. Other than that, have fun with spring colors, florals, and garden-party vibes!
The ceremony begins at 5:00 PM sharp—and you won’t want to be fashionably late for this one! We recommend arriving by 4:30 PM to park, grab your seat, and get settled before the doors close and the “I do’s” begin.
Weather permitting, we’ll say “I do” under the open sky and enjoy cocktails and games on the grounds. After that, we’ll head indoors for dinner, dancing, and all the fun! Since part of the celebration will be on grass, we recommend comfortable shoes (think block heels, wedges, or flats) to keep you dancing all night.
No formal transportation will be provided. We recommend carpooling, ride-sharing, or designating a driver so everyone can celebrate safely. The good news- there will be plenty of parking available at the venue.
We’ll miss you, but we completely understand! Please RSVP as soon as you can so we know not to save you a seat (or a slice of cake ).
Your love and support mean the world to us—and truly, your presence is the best gift of all! If you’d like to give something more, we’ve set up both a registry for a few home essentials and a honeymoon fund for memories we’ll cherish forever. You can find them under the registry tab!
We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—no phones, cameras, or iPads, please. We’d love for you to be fully present with us (and let our photographer capture the magic!). After the “I do’s,” feel free to snap and share away at the reception!
Yes! We’ll be serving beer, wine, seltzers, and two signature cocktails made just for us. We promise, they’re as good a match as we are! Don’t forget to bring your ID- our bartenders will be checking.
The Harn Homestead is an Oklahoma treasure that reflects the territorial history of Oklahoma City. Established in the late 1800s by William Fremont Harn, the property has seen over a century of history— from Oklahoma’s land runs to the relocation of the State Capitol, which now stands on part of the land Mr. Harn donated. At its heart is a beautiful Victorian Queen Anne–style home, built in 1904 for Mr. Harn’s wife, Alice, and lovingly preserved to this day. Along with historic barns, farm buildings, and wide-open lawns, the Homestead offers a glimpse into both the elegance of early Oklahoma homes and the hardworking ethic of territorial farm families. Today, the Harn Homestead serves as a museum and event space, continuing its mission to share Oklahoma’s territorial story while offering a truly unique and historic backdrop for celebrations.
