We met in college (how original...we know). At first we met in the library briefly and did not see each other for a whole year! During the summer of 2014 we met back up and needed the help of a friend to realize that there was a mutual interest. Ever since our first date at Chipotle, we have continued to go on many other fun adventures and anticipate our wedding to be our fanciest date night as of yet.

Pat will be the first one to say that Kate is not the easiest person to surprise... maybe she is intuitive or just plain nosey but those details are irrelevant ;). On November 18th, 2018 Pat got down on one knee at Horseshoe Lake in Roxbury NJ. This plan involved their friends and family, Kate's mom and Pat's sister in particular drove the unassuming bride to be to the location and Pat was waiting in the parking lot to walk out to the gazebo! Pat planned so much that he even shoveled a path in the snow to the gazebo and contacted their friend Lauren to photograph the proposal. If you haven't figured out by now, she said yes!
