When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by December 1st, 2025. We kindly ask that you respond by this date so we can finalize our headcount, seating, and meal choices. Your timely response means the world to us and helps everything run smoothly - thank you!

I'm coming from out of town - where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a hotel block at Hampton Inn & Suites Coconut Creek, just a short drive from the venue. You can book using our group rate through our link under the travel section.

Where is the wedding taking place?

Our ceremony and reception will be held at, Fern Forest Nature Center - 201 Lyons Rd South, Coconut Creek, FL. 33063

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive between 2:00 PM and 2:30 PM so you have time to park and find your seat before the ceremony begins at 2:45 PM sharp. Fern Forest Nature Center has complimentary on-site parking. You will see signs guiding you to the wedding venue once you arrive.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors in a natural setting with covered areas provided, the reception will be held in the upstairs banquet hall.

What should I wear?

Answer

Our dress code is semi-formal/garden party. Since the ceremony will be held outdoors at Fern Forest, we recommended comfortable shoes and breathable attire. Think soft, romantic colors to match the wildflower theme!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We are keeping our celebration intimate, so we are only able to accommodate the guests listed in your invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we appreciate you being part of our special day!
