Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

No there is not. You will need to be responsible for your own transportation.

Yes, there will be parking for the ceremony and reception. Both events will be in the same place.

No, we will not have any bridesmaids or groomsmen. However, anyone who wants to hang out with either Mikey or Kaitlyn while we get ready is more than welcome! The more the merrier!
