What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that guests arrive around 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.

Can we bring children to the wedding?

Answer

We have decided that our wedding celebration is best suited as an adult-only occasion. Please enjoy your night off in our company!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

The ceremony has a parking lot located on the right side of the church and the venue has its own parking lot located out front of the building.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels and reception venue?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the main hotel (SpringHill Suites by Marriott Tarrytown Westchester County) to the reception venue with a departure time of 4:45 pm. This information is also listed under the 'Travel' section on our website!

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

What food will be served and what if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

A menu will be provided at the venue and dinner orders will be taken by waitstaff, so no need to worry about choosing beforehand! There will be a 'silent' vegetarian option for those with dietary restrictions as guests can inform waitstaff of their allergies when ordering.

We have reserved a hotel block at SPRINGHILL SUITES BY MARRIOTT TARRYTOWN WESTCHESTER COUNTY 480 White Plains Road, Tarrytown, NY 10591. The reservation cut-off date for the room block is September 18, 2024. Is the reception outdoors?

Answer

Both the cocktail hour and reception will be held primarily indoors, however there is a covered patio space on the main level and a small, uncovered patio space at ground level that can be utilized by all guests!
