We’re getting married!!!

Hi everyone. In light of Corona, we will not be able to have a reception. We will still be having the ceremony but it will be outside with a much smaller crowd at 3pm on June 6th. We understand that many of you may not be able to make it because of travel restrictions and personal situations, and we want you to know that we completely understand if you can no longer make it. Our biggest concern is for the health of our guests, so please only plan to attend if you are healthy. The biggest way to protect our guests if for everyone to practice social distancing at the ceremony. Please be aware that others may be less comfortable being in a group than you are and to please be understanding on the personal space others may want or need. Masks are encouraged if you choose to stick around after the ceremony and socialize during cocktail hour. Welcome to our wedding website, we can’t wait to celebrate our special day with you. Our love story began at East Carolina University, back in 2012. We first met through mutual friends and Logan was a frequent couch surfer at KD's apartment. Fast forward to fall 2015 when we ran into each other at Fifth on a Wednesday night and shut the place down. A week later we ran into each other at the library and pulled an all nighter together studying (probably because we had spent the previous Wednesday at the bar). Soon after KD joined Logan to the Theta Chi halloween grab-a-date where we arrived dressed as Lola Bunny and Bill Murray from Space Jam. A few weeks later we crashed the 80's grab a date dressed as Pepperoni pizza (we thought we were hilarious, however the jury is still out on that one). From there it was off to the races - Semi Formal, Christmas Cocktail, and a few too many trips to Sup Dogs and Five19, always just as friends. During Christmas break, Logan + his parents were visiting Asheville, and KD stopped by to have a beer at Sierra Nevada. Even though we were "just friends", I think we both knew there was something more to come, and KD passed the Ray + Jan test with flying colors. Our first "date" was Valentine's day 2016, although KD preferred to call it "Two friends having dinner together on a day that happens to be February 14th." Oh yeah, and I almost forgot, there was a salad bar. It was glorious. We were at the finest steakhouse Farmville, North Carolina had to offer. 11 days later, on 2/25/16, KD + Logan were officially boyfriend + girlfriend. Logan had plans to move to DC after graduation, but we didn't let that get in the way. In 2017 KD joined him, and now in December 2019, we're moving back to NC together this time to Charlotte and can't wait to see where this journey takes us.
