We kindly ask that all guests meet at the Scarborough Park and Ride, where a shuttle service will be available to transport you to our ceremony location. Parking at the ceremony location is limited, so this shuttle service has been arranged for your ease and to help everything run smoothly on the day. We truly appreciate your cooperation and look forward to celebrating this special occasion with you.

Join us as we gather with our friends and family to share a special moment together. Please be seated by 4:00 PM, as we kindly ask that any late arrivals wait offsite to ensure a smooth start and avoid interruptions. Our ceremony will be hosted outdoors, so please dress accordingly to enjoy the evening in comfort. A note for our ladies wearing heels: Please be aware that parts of the ceremony site are outdoors and the ground may be soft in some areas. We recommend considering appropriate footwear to ensure your comfort throughout the event.

During this time, enjoy light music, a cash bar, a curated charcuterie setup, and a selection of delicious stationary appetizers. We promise not to keep you waiting too long, and we’re so excited to join you all in celebrating our special day—let’s make it an unforgettable night! Our cocktail hour will be hosted outdoors, so please dress accordingly to enjoy the evening in comfort.
