4:00 pm- ceremony ends, cocktail hour starts while the wedding party gets pictures
5:30 Everyone moves inside the building, wedding party follows shortly after
6pm- dinner
7pm- first dance/father daughter / mother son dance then dance floor opens
10:45- last song
all guests out by 11
