Your invitation will specify if a plus-one is included. If your envelope says “and guest,” then absolutely!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Guests can begin arriving at 5:00 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 PM.

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, yes! The ceremony is planned for Mojave’s outdoor area surrounded by greenery and autumn foliage. If weather isn’t cooperating, the ceremony will move indoors seamlessly.

I booked through the room block. How do I use the discounted rate?

Answer

Just let The Summit know you’re with the Wilson/Costello Wedding when you book. The block is available until September 11, 2026, but the hotel tends to book quickly so please reserve early!

Will there be transportation?

Answer

Yes — guests staying at The Summit Hotel can take advantage of our complimentary shuttle to and from Mojave East.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy the evening, we kindly request an adults-only celebration. Our niece and nephew, Matthew and Ada, will be the only children attending as they’ll be part of the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Mojave has its own lot with plenty of free parking. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles in the lot overnight, but must be retrieved by 10:00 AM Sunday morning.

What’s the dress code?

We’re going for semi-formal. Because it’s early October in Cincinnati, evenings can get chilly — bring a layer if you tend to get cold!
