How we didn't run into each other years ago is beyond us, but we are thankful for the timing because it couldn't have been any better! We met officially, in April of last year. Both working at Saltgrass, we began with small conversation during breaks, and him telling me to stay off my phone while working behind the bar. We joked over the headset during shifts and began to talk more while closing at the end of the day. Josh would schedule me on the same days as him so he had more time with me. After I graduated school, I quit working at Saltgrass. Our first day we spent together, we didn't have a plan on what we were doing. We had breakfast at Torchy's Tacos, ate and talked for hours. I mentioned my back being sore and wanting a massage, within 5 minutes, Josh had a massage planned for me. After the massage we ate at Kawas for lunch before going to hang out at the lake with his friends. After laying around in the water for a few hours, we all ate dinner together and played games. On the way back to Tyler, Josh said we had to stop somewhere. He took me to his friend's boat house. He knew how much I loved to dance, and when we got there, he moved everything out of the way and we slow danced to the light of a mini-fridge. While dancing I thought, "This guy is definitely an adventure, and, best day ever!". From then on, we stayed in contact all day, everyday.
