Our favorite place on the lake, fun fact its where we had our first date! They have great food and right on the water. We recommend calling ahead to make a reservation or you may have a bit of a wait, though you can always grab a drink and sit by the lake!
If you will be staying for the weekend, take a cruise of the lake while you are in the area there are a few different tour options. Our favorite is the Minne Ha Ha!
One of our favorite restaurants in Lake George Village, they have great food and drinks! The vibe is casual and its located right by the water and usually has live music.
Whiskey tasting room with light bites, they are located in Bolton Landing and make one of Jon's favorite whiskeys! They also have other locally made spirits, beer and wine that you can enjoy if whiskey isn't your thing
The best soft-serve ice cream shop in the area! They rotate flavors throughout the week, so check out their flavor calendar to see whats on the menu.
Located right off of exit 21, this mini golf course is full of whimsical obstacles that you will put your way through
A loacl brewery located in Bolton Landing, they have great craft beer and light bites. There isn't a view of the lake but its a short walk down to the pier.
A high ropes adventure course where you will navigate through the pine trees through some challanging courses and zip-lines. Definitely not for those with a fear of heights and the course will take about a half day.
If you're up for an outdoor activity the Pinnacle is a great short (2.1 mile out and back) hike, it is a popular and well traveled trail. Once you reach the top you see amazing views of the lake. This is a moderately challanging route and take around an hour to complete. There are also several other hiking trails in the area if you are feeling ambitious!
