Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately we cannot accommodate plus-ones. Individuals invited will be explicitly named when you RSVP.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We do not have a strict dress code, we just ask that you dress your best! For those wondering what we mean by that, think dressy casual. For you ladies, that would mean a midi dress or jumpsuit. For you guys, that would mean a dress shirt and dress pants or even a dark wash jean. It will be the middle of July so keep in mind it could be quite warm!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We know we have some family and friends traveling from out of state to join us! Being that our venue is in Ridgefield, there are some good options close by or even in Vancouver that wouldn’t be too far of a drive. At this time we do not have a block of rooms anywhere but we do have a few recommendations. Ilani Casino is about 3 miles away from our venue so this would be a great option for those looking for a hotel nearby! The Best Western Woodland Inn is 7 miles away for those looking for a more cost effective option. There is also La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Vancouver that is located just 10 miles away!

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We ask that you RSVP by June 15th so we can get a final head count for our caterer.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
Our venue does have a smaller parking lot out front, but there is also an overflow lot that will be open near the back entrance. There shouldn’t be any problems for parking!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start promptly at 4pm. Please plan accordingly to ensure you arrive before the ceremony start time.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
While we would love to include everyone’s children at our wedding, we will not be able to accommodate everyone’s children. If your invitation did not include your children, it is just for the adult couple listed. You will see some children at the wedding and reception but they are relatives or very close to the bride and groom. Thank you so much for understanding.
