Kandace was the missing piece to the puzzle we didn’t know we needed. Becoming her big sister in 2008 was one of the best moments of my life and I cherish our sisterhood & friendship. She loved Jeanathan like a brother from the very beginning and it was a no brainer she’d be by my side supporting us.

Childhood bestie to adult sidekick, how lucky I am to have a person in my life to share so many memories with. Playing Barbie’s, proms, theatre performances and countless trips to name a few. There is no Kaitlyn without Hope and I will forever be grateful for that.

If there’s anyone who can make me laugh until I cry, it’s Tristyn. We met in the 8th grade and were completely inseparable until she moved to OK. Despite the distances, I always look forward to the annual Tulsa trip and snap chatting her daily. Not to brag but our Snapstreak is an astonishing 2476 days.

Lauren and I met at ASU and our friendship formed almost instantly. I can always count on her attention to detail and accountability. Although I tease her about her Des Arc accent, she is truly a one of a kind friend.

Although only a couple years younger, the friendship with my little cousin Haley didn’t truly form until a few years ago. We joke about how we used to exclude her growing up but I’m glad she forgave me because I dont know what I would do without her now. She has a heart like no other and we have so much in common. I am so thankful for the role she plays in my life.

Johnna is my soon to be sister in law and there is no better word to describe our friendship other than, sisters. Johnna is always there when I need someone to talk to and be the voice of reason. She cares for others and is always down for Target runs. I feel so blessed to have another person in my life I can call my sister.

If Jeanathan is ever telling a story from High School or Junior High, I can always count on Drake being in that story. Jeanathan’s lifelong friend that he had no doubt was going to be his Best Man.

Jeanathan loves to brag about Kyle being his first brother. When they’re together they are constantly joking around. Kyle is someone you can count on to fix anything and someone whom I have grown to love as well.

Scott is Jeanathan’s future brother in law and friend. They’re first to team up in family pickle ball matches and turning everything into a competition. I am glad Jeanathan and Scott have each other so that my dad has more than one son in law to pick on.

Jack was Jeanathan’s college roommate but their friendship goes way back. The stories of their antics are simultaneously hilarious and terrifying to listen to. Fun Fact: I knew Jack years before I knew Jeanathan #squadatrics

Jacob was one of Jeanathan’s first friends and they apparently used to tell everyone they were brothers. They played football and baseball together, creating lifelong memories out on the field.

My Uncle Brian set the standard for cool uncles and has been there for me since the beginning of time. The love he has for his wife and his family is the perfect example of Jeanathan and I would like to live our lives. Uncle Brian has always supported Jeanathan and I’s relationship. I can’t think of a more perfect person to announce us husband and wife.

I don’t think anything could have prepared me for the love of becoming an aunt. Through babysitting and countless popsicles, we have formed the coolest aunt/niece duo. Hadley Marie has so much personality and I know she’ll do an amazing job strutting down the aisle.

How lucky is Audrey that she gets to be apart of her parents big day! She just didn’t want to miss out on any of the fun. I have no doubt she’ll be stealing the dance floor, let’s just hope she can walk down the aisle by May!

Jeanathan and I got to step into roles as aunt and uncle around the same time. I will forever brag about how I got to meet Kaysen before Jeanathan. Although I got to meet him first, there is no competition when it comes to uncle Jeanathan. Kaysen and Uncle Jeanathan have a very special relationship and a shared love of chocolate and legos.
