Kaitlyn: Turns out doing a photoshoot with my friend Juliana and having my friend Veronica attend the same Church as James was the perfect formula for us to end up together. After curating the perfect post for Twitter from Juliana and I's photoshoot, Veronica being the good friend she is reposted my photos. I then get a text that this guy, James from her church asked her about me and I instantly felt giddy. She assured me he was a great guy and that I should give it a shot (we owe Veronica a lot haha). James immediately caught my attention with his wittiness, kindness, and playfulness. Once we had our first date although he made me feel the good kind of nervous things also felt so comfortable and familiar. We quickly became inseparable and I realized James made me feel a love I didn't know existed - he felt like home. I knew very early on that were meant to be together and we spent the next few years getting our degrees, working, and curating our future together. We built a beautiful foundation and everyday is filled with laughs, love, and admiration. 7 years in and I am so excited to finally tie the knot and spend the rest of our lives together. James: We have the modern day love story, meaning I saw her picture on social media and had to know more about her. After our mutual friend Veronica share a picture of her, I knew I had to ask veronica to get me an introduction. I remember feeling her smile radiate through my phone screen and I knew there was something special about her. Besides the normal first date awkwardness, spending time with her felt natural. We laughed and teased each other and that hasn’t stopped since that day. She my other half and has been there for my big milestones the past 7 years and i look forward to having her by side for the rest of time.
