WHEN AND WHERE IS THE WEDDING?

The wedding will take place on Friday, June 27th 2025 at Stone Prairie in Brillion, Wisconsin. The ceremony starts at 4 p.m.

Stone Prairie has their own parking lot!

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Arriving at the venue 20-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, park, and settle before it begins. The ceremony starts at 4 p.m.

IS THE VENUE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?

Answer

Outdoors! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all be outdoors. Stone Prairie has two pavilions where dinner and dancing will take place.

ARE THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION IN THE SAME PLACE?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place at Stone Prairie in Brillion, Wisconsin.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! The official dress code for all events is semi-formal. Formal is preferred though. Gunnar wants everyone to know that semi-formal does NOT mean your nicest pair of blue jeans! Ha

HOW DO I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit the "RSVP" tab on our website and fill out the online form. Please RSVP at your earliest convenience and no later than May 27th, 2025. We look forward to celebrating with you!

IF I'M COMING FROM OUT OF TOWN, WHERE SHOULD I STAY?

Answer

Check out the travel tab on our website! We listed a variety of hotels within 20 miles of the venue.

CAN I BRING A GUEST/DATE?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. When you RSVP online, all names under yours will show as well.

CAN MY CHILDREN COME?

Answer

If they are listed under your name when you RSVP, then yes!

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best moments.

WHAT ARE MY RECEPTION DINNER OPTIONS?

Answer

We will be having a buffet style meal that will include the following options: house salad, fresh bread and butter, seasonal vegetables, garlic herbed chicken breast with sauteed leeks and mushrooms, sliced beef sirloin with sauteed mushrooms, onions, and red wine demi-glaze, and wild rice pilaf with cranberries and almonds.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

We will have a selection of beverages available and signature drinks, but it will be a cash bar. Water, soda, and coffee will be on us!

WILL THERE BE A LATE NIGHT SNACK?

Answer

YES! Chicken strips and waffles will be served around 9:30.
