What time should guests arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 PM. We kindly ask that you arrive by 4PM to allow ample time for parking and to be comfortably seated.

Dressy casual western attire with a touch of elegance—we'd love to see you in pink!

Where should guests stay?

Answer

We've reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ruskin - Sun City by IHG for our guests. If you'd prefer other options, there are several additional hotels in the area to choose from.

Parking and Transportation

Answer

Upon arrival for the ceremony, please park in the field to the left. Golf carts will be available to shuttle you to the venue across the street if you'd like. If you plan to use the shuttle from and to the hotel, please confirm you're staying at the hotel listed on our website. Of course, please refrain from drinking and driving.

Can I bring a plus one?

We'd love to celebrate with everyone you'd like to bring, but we're able to accommodate only the guests listed on your invitation. We're keeping our celebration intimate and personal, and we truly appreciate your understanding!

Can I bring my kids?

We absolutely adore your children, but we've decided to make this an adults-only celebration so everyone can relax and fully enjoy the evening together.

Where are you registered?

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all. If you wish to bless us with something more, a contribution toward our honeymoon would mean so much!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors, so you can leave your heavy coat at home and enjoy the day in comfort.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by January 1st, 2027. This deadline allows us to finalize our guest count and coordinate with our catering team.
