Below are a few recommendations for hotel accommodations. The buses will be departing the Marriott Residence Inn at 3:15pm en route to the venue. Below is a link to book your room at the Marriott Courtyard at a discounted rate within our room block. The Marriott Courtyard and the Residence Inn are connected to each other. You are welcome to stay anywhere in the Richmond area and Uber to the hotel by 3:15pm to catch the buses! If you do not intend on taking the buses, please arrive to the venue by 4:15pm. When the room block fills up, remember to search Priceline, Travelocity, Orbitz, or similar websites for the best hotel rates!
PLEASE NOTE: if you are checking into the Marriott on SATURDAY, check in is not until 4pm. You must catch the bus by 3:15. The hotel will try to have the rooms ready before 4 but can not guarantee it. If not, there will be a secure area to leave your belongings. You can use the lobby bathrooms to freshen up. If you need access to a shower please let us know!

The buses will depart the Marriott Residence Inn at 3:15pm en route to Hollyfield Manor. There will be 2 buses but please be prompt as the buses will not be returning to the hotel until the reception is over.
