If you are planning on staying in the reunion cabins (reservations organized by Kaitlyn and David), guests can check in starting on Friday at 6:00 p.m. Even if you are not staying at the reunion cabins, you are welcome to join us for any meals throughout the weekend. Please RSVP for any meals/activities you will be joining us for so we can plan accordingly :)

We will be reserving a guided beginner (1 mile, all flat), and guided intermediate level (2.5 miles, incline) guided hike for those interested in seeing Rocky Mountain National Park. Please indicate if you are interested in joining us for the hike and indicate your preferred level below. Both options are recommended for those out of town and those getting used to the elevation/altitude, but it is recommended to be at a good fitness level to participate in the intermediate level hike as it will an uphill hike. All others, at any fitness level, can join the beginner level hike. Pick up and drop off for the hike will be at the Barclay Reunion Cabin.

Let's celebrate! We are so excited that you are joining us in Estes Park, CO for our wedding so come celebrate with a welcome party before the big day. Dinner, drinks, and games will be provided. Casual dress.

For those not in the wedding party, you will have free time on Sunday morning / early afternoon to explore Estes Park (please note the shuttle to and from the YMCA will start at 2:00 p.m. - so make sure you are back in time to catch the shuttle). Please see 'Local Activities' for ideas/recommendations. Lunch will also be served in the Barclay Cabin from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.

Reception will be hosted at Wild Basin Lodge following the ceremony, which will start at 4:30 PM. Dinner, drinks, and dancing. Business/semi-formal dress.

A final continental breakfast and gathering before we all head home (please note that you must be checked out of the YMCA by 11:00 a.m.).
