To help us finalize seating, catering and other wedding details, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the deadline and only if you are certain you can attend. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, timely and accurate responses help us plan the best day possible and avoid unnecessary costs.
Only guests who received invitations with their children's names included or an invitation that states “The _____ family” are able to bring their children. These children are close to the family of the Bride and Groom. For the rest of our guests, we encourage you to enjoy this night out, child free so you can eat, drink and dance the night away!
The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

A complimentary shuttle will be available for our guests. To the Venue: The shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel(s) at 3:00 PM and transport everyone to the venue. Return to the Hotel(s): At the end of the evening, the shuttle will make continuous trips between the venue and the hotel from 9:45 PM to 11:30 PM, so you can head back whenever you’re ready. We recommend being at the hotel pickup location a few minutes early to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle.

Attire is Business Cowboy/Cowgirl — a blend of dressy and Western. Cowboy boots, hats, button-downs, dresses, sport coats, and dressy/fancy jeans for men are all encouraged. Feel free to embrace your best country-chic style while keeping it wedding-ready! NO WHITE DRESSES PLEASE!
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors.
