When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We invite you to RSVP by clicking on the RSVP tab no later than August 10th, 2026. To help us finalize seating, catering and other wedding details, we kindly ask that you RSVP by the deadline and only if you are certain you can attend. While we understand that unexpected situations can arise, timely and accurate responses help us plan the best day possible and avoid unnecessary costs.

Are my kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Only guests who received invitations with their children's names included or an invitation that states “The _____ family” are able to bring their children. These children are close to the family of the Bride and Groom. For the rest of our guests, we encourage you to enjoy this night out, child free so you can eat, drink and dance the night away!

Are plus ones allowed?

Answer

The name of every guest invited to attend is listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Are there accommodations near the venue or hotel room blocks?

Yes, we reserved a room block. Please click on the Travel tab for more information.

Transportation:

Answer

A complimentary shuttle will be available for our guests. To the Venue: The shuttle will pick up guests from the hotel(s) at 3:00 PM and transport everyone to the venue. Return to the Hotel(s): At the end of the evening, the shuttle will make continuous trips between the venue and the hotel from 9:45 PM to 11:30 PM, so you can head back whenever you’re ready. We recommend being at the hotel pickup location a few minutes early to ensure you don’t miss the shuttle.

What is the Wedding attire?

Answer

Attire is Business Cowboy/Cowgirl — a blend of dressy and Western. Cowboy boots, hats, button-downs, dresses, sport coats, and dressy/fancy jeans for men are all encouraged. Feel free to embrace your best country-chic style while keeping it wedding-ready! NO WHITE DRESSES PLEASE!

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors and the reception will take place indoors.

Will there be an open bar?

Am I able to leave my vehicle at the Venue overnight?

Answer

Yes, but your vehicle must be picked up by 11:00AM the following morning or it may be towed at vehicle owner's expense.
