Question

Where is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will take place on the golf course. When you arrive, park in the main lot by the clubhouse. Staff with golf carts will direct you to the ceremony site or if you want to walk, it’s a short walk out onto the course, with beautiful views all around. The reception will follow immediately at the pavilion next to the clubhouse.

We’ve got a delicious spread lined up: Appetizers: • Cheese & crackers • BBQ meatballs • Chicken potstickers Salad: • Caesar salad Main Course: • Grilled chicken with pesto sauce • Beef stroganoff Sides: • carrots and broccoli • Rice pilaf Kids’ Plates: • Chicken tenders • Mac & cheese • Fresh fruit Plus dessert after dinner, we will having 2 of 2 tiers cakes: one cake with strawberry and chocolate and other will be red velvet with vanilla!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

Can I take photos/videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We have hired an amazing photographer named Amber Michelle Photography and she will be there to capture all the moments of the ceremony! We also hired a videographer, Nickole Brittany Photography and we cannot wait! We do kindly ask that phones be put away during the ceremony portion. Feel free to take as many photos once the ceremony has ended.

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We would like for everyone to RSVP 5 weeks before the vow renewal so that will be July 14th, 2025!
