Park City is amazing at this time of year! Our official wedding events start on Saturday, August 30th so we recommend arriving on Friday, August 29th, or by mid-day on Saturday, August 30th. There is so much to do in Park City and elsewhere in Utah - we hope you come early or stay for a few days after the wedding to explore!
The dress code is black-tie, sneakers optional! This means tuxes and long dresses with sneakers if you would like!
Feel free to wear sneakers instead of dress shoes / heels! You can either start your night in sneakers or bring a pair to change into. Ladies - please note that the ceremony is on grass. We recommend a block heel or wedge if you plan to start your night in heels.
The dress code is all white attire. Although the theme is après-ski, the dress code is not related. Think white pants and a white shirt or white dresses/skirts (no color). Shoes do not need to be white.
If you need to make any changes to your RSVP, please contact Sarah Tucker at Sarah@MaraeEvents.com
Yes! We have a room block at the Pendry Park City and all activities and shuttles will happen from there. Check out the Travel & Lodging page for details on how to book. If you would like to stay elsewhere, we highly recommend staying at a hotel or Airbnb within walking distance of the Pendry as all transportation will leave from there.
Yes! We will provide shuttles to all events from the Pendry.
You can easily get an Uber to and from the SLC airport and around Park City. There is plenty to do in Park City proper and the Pendry has a free shuttle between Canyons Village and Main Street. We will be providing shuttles to any event that is not walkable from the Pendry, so you definitely don't need a rental car. If you would like to explore outside Park City, then a rental car might be convenient. Totally up to you! If you do rent a car, we recommend parking at the Canyons Village Upper Lot or Pendry Garage. You also have the option to valet through the Pendry.
During the ceremony, we ask that phones and cameras be put away to be in the moment with us and allow our photographer to capture this part of our day. Once the ceremony ends, take as many photos as you like!
We would love to be able to accommodate everyone's date but, given capacity restraints and how many family and friends we are so grateful to have in our life, we are not able to accommodate +1's unless that person's name is included on your invitation.
We love your kids, but our wedding will be adults-only.
Park City is quite warm in August, but temperatures do tend to drop when the sun goes down so we recommend bringing a jacket or sweater for the evening as our venue is indoor / outdoor.
There is so much do in Park City at this time of year! Check out the Restaurants & Activities page for some recommendations.
Park City is at an elevation of more than 7,000 feet, so please bring sunglasses and sunscreen, and remember to drink plenty of water. Additionally, Utah has incredibly strict liquor laws. Please remember to bring a valid government ID if you plan to hit the bars on Main Street or order drinks with dinner if dining out.
