Formal or Cocktail attire.
The bridesmaids will be in Desert Rose (more of a dusty rose) and the groomsmen will be in Tan.
This will be a child free wedding and reception except for the flower girls and ring barer. We love everyone's children but want everyone coming to be able to enjoy their time (open bar) without having to be parents for the night.
Our venue has asked for a list of people that require accommodations in anyway. If you need anything to help you enjoy your night with us please reach out to us ASAP. For example they would like to know food allergies if any, if you require use of an assistive device or need privacy at any point for any medical issues.
Unfortunately we will not be providing any transportation because we didn't choose to do hotel blocks. We do heavily encourage the use of UBER or carpooling with others due to the open bar.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 p.m. so that pictures can be taken before the sun sets. Please make sure to be arrived and settled by 4:45 p.m.
We are using the wedding website for RSVP’s to keep everything as organized as possible. If your invite isn’t allowing you to RSVP for a date please feel free to reach out and ask if room was set aside for a date. Mistakes happen and we may have over looked something in the process.
There will be a rehearsal at the Riverhouse for the bridal party and a rehearsal dinner following that on Wednesday October 9th for the bridal party and any guests visiting from out of state. Please reach out to us that week for more information!
The wedding ends at 10:30. We understand it is an open bar and many people might want to go home at that time. We also understand we have family visiting from many places who might want to stay out longer. We do plan to go out in the Middletown area after the wedding. If you believe you will come out as well we strongly encourage a hotel room nearby in Cromwell (on our recommendation page) and the use of a ride share such as UBER or carpooling.
