Thursday Night Welcome Dinner

5:30PM at the Main Fire Ring at YMCA of the Rockies in Estes Park. Located in front of the administration building. Wedding party will depart ~6:30 for rehearsal but will return for a bonfire later in the evening.

Trolley Pick-Up & Parking

Answer

Trolleys will be picking up guests from 4:00 to 4:30PM in front of the Admin & Registration Building at YMCA of the Rockies - Estes Park Center. Parking is available in the lot in front of the Admin building/Dining Hall.

Cocktail Hour & Reception

Answer

Sip on a drink and play yard games from 5:30-6:30. BBQ Dinner and dancing to follow. Cocktail hour and Reception will both take place in The Assembly Hall - located behind the Aspen Dining Hall. The Assembly Hall is within walking distance of the trolley stop & parking.
