Guests can arrive starting at 5:00pm. Please be seated for the ceremony to begin by 5:30pm.
The dress code is semi-formal, think suit and tie or dress pants with a blazer for men and cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits for women.
We love your little ones, but we kindly ask that children, unless named on your invitation, stay home for this celebration. We hope you enjoy a night off to relax, have fun, and celebrate with us!
If a guest was assigned to you, their name or "Guest" will appear on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
Yes! We will have a shuttle to transport guests from the Hilton Garden Inn to RiverCrest starting at 4:30pm and ending at 5pm. Shuttles will also be at RiverCrest to return guests to the hotel until 11:15pm.
Our ceremony is taking place outside under a covered terrace. Nobody will be in direct sunlight and there are ceiling fans!
