We met in Maysville in 2012 right before I graduated. I worked at Andy's as a waitress and Cameron was a police officer at Maysville PD. Thanks to Sam French, he and the guys started coming in to eat. The first time I waited on Cameron, one of the other officers, Ryan Muse, told me to put Cameron's meal in the kid car. He said he was too young to carry real bullets so he had rubber ones. Not knowing a thing about law enforcement I believed him. From there Cameron and I sparked a friendship that lasted several months. In fall of 2012 we really began hanging out and made it official on November 3rd.
The day after my birthday, on November 28th Cameron kept telling me he had another gift for me. I kept telling him I didn't need anything. After work we were going to go to dinner but had to make a stop at his parents house to get the gift they got for me. As soon as we left and reached the stop sign at their neighborhood, Cameron said "I guess it's time for us to get married" and I instantly cried. Cameron asked if we needed to go home and I said yes but he was hungry so we went to Outback Steakhouse anyway haha.
