how do we get to the venue?

Answer

IMPORTANT INFO: The address to our venue is 790 S Zion Ridge Dr Unit 53, Orderville, UT 84758. Once you arrive at the Zion National Park Discover Center at North Fork Rd, you must follow the winding road up for 5 miles, or ~10 minutes, until you see the Zion Ridge gate to your left. THE GATE CODE IS 2950. Once through the gate, take a right on W Zion Dr and follow the road until you reach Unit 53. Please note that you may lose service once you reach the Discovery Center. How far will I have to drive from an airport?

Answer

Guests will have to drive anywhere from 1.5 hours to around 4 hours, depending on the airport they fly into. We've included how far the airports are from the venue under the "travel" tab. We suggest renting a car and booking a hotel or Air BnB!

where can we stay?

Answer

We recommend booking a hotel, cabin, or BnB in Orderville, Springdale, Kanab, Glendale, Mt Carmel, or Alton. East Zion Resort and Ponderosa Zion Resort are great choices for those who would like to be in touch with the outdoors! If you google the venue, Bella Vista Zion, you will be able to see nearby towns to stay in.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal-to-formal: try to outdo us! Ladies, floor-length dresses or suits are perfect - bring on the glamour! Gents, suits or tuxes are welcome. Color and texture are encouraged! Wear something that keeps you cool during the day, but bring a coat or shawl for the evening. Please, no jeans, t-shirts, polos, sneakers, sandals, or casual clothing. Look your best!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Although we would love to share this day with everyone, our venue has limited space. If we are able to extend a plus one, you will see it on your invitation and RSVP. If we have left someone out, please let us know!

Is this an outdoor wedding? What will the temperature be?

Answer

Yes! The average temperature in Orderville, UT, in October is 70/45. It will likely be warm and sunny during the day, but chilly at night. The sun will set around 7:00 p.m. Southern Utah has a dry, desert climate and may feel warmer than the temperature suggests. We recommend bringing a coat or shawl for nighttime.

Our venue has plenty of room for parking. Any overflow can park next door.
