Pismo Beach Pier
We (Kaitlin and Thomas) met in Pismo by Del's Pizza where Thomas use to live. We walk along the beach and try to explore the caves, right side of the pier.
Shell beach
This is Kaitlin's go to beach. This is also where Thomas proposed! AWWW CUTE STUFF! :) this is a local spot so its rarely ever crowded vs Pismo. And its right down the street from pismo.
Sycamore Mineral Springs Resort & Spa
Very green and pretty hot springs. Call ahead and book a 2 person tub or book a bigger one. You can bring drinks and snacks into the private tub :) be ready to walk up some stairs. We love the higher up tubs.
Avila Valley Barn
Such a cute small farm! The gift shop has fresh made cakes, breads, and pies. Fresh fruit and a bunch of jars of pickled items. For $3 you can feed the goats and the other animal a head of romaine. Say hi to Georgia and Abby for us, we love those heffers.
Rooster Creek Tavern
Oh snap this is where Kaitlin works! Rooster Creek in located in the Village of AG, its one of the latest restaurants open (closes at 10pm). Its also right off the freeway and the area is super cute! 3 antique shops, cute place called the Hive, and a creek with roosters behind the restaurant.
Pismo Preserve
Take a hike! Its located on the other side of the freeway from pismo. You might run into a cow :) there are multiple trails so it can be a nice 30minute hike or 3 hours, up to you! People around here are generally really nice so don't be afraid of asking for trail directions from a local.
The Caffeinated Cat Cafe
Of corse, me, Kaitlin, is going to suggest the cat cafe. Right down the street from where we live. Nothing fancy but a room full of sweet kitties you can chill and have a drink with. Tell them I said "pspspspsh"
